Warmup:
5 minutes on bike
3 minutes of shadow boxing
3 minutes of heavy bag

Main: Circuit Training, 4 cycles

1. Assisted pull-ups, 15 reps
2. EZ Bar Upright Rows, 8to12 reps
3. KB Cleans, 8to12 reps
4. EZ Ball Crunches, 50 reps
5. 2 minutes of heavy bag- 50 jabs, 50 crosses, 50 right hooks, 50 left hooks

Cooldown-
5 minutes on bike

KB Cleans

Series 3:
Assisted Pull-ups
Ball Crunches
Cable Flies
Side Arm raises
